1 月 23 日亚洲金属网价格：镨钕金属 803-808 元/kg；金属钕 815-820 元/kg；镝铁合金格 1400- 1420 元/kg；金属铽 7700-7800 元/kg。

On January 23rd, prices on Asian Metal were as follows ： PrNd metal at 803-808 RMB/kg, Nd metal at 815-820 RMB/kg, DyFe alloy at  1,400- 1,420 RMB/kg,  and Tb metal at 7,700-7,800 RMB/kg.

1 月 22 日，商务部举行例行新闻发布会，年内第四次针对“ 日企进口中国稀土需提供额外资料 ”及两用物项对日出口管制相关问题作出回应，强调中方相关措施基于国家安全与防扩散国际义务，正当合理合法，同时重申将保障合规民事用途出口，维护全球供应链稳定。

On January 22nd, the Ministry of Commerce held a regular press conference and responded for the fourth time this year to issues related to "the requirement that Japanese enterprises provide additional documents for importing rare earths from China" and the export control  of dual-use  items to Japan. It  stressed that  China's  relevant measures, grounded   in   national   security   and   international   non-proliferation   obligations,   are legitimate, reasonable and lawful, and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the export of compliant civil-use items and safeguarding the stability of the global supply chain.

This week, market sentiment has become more rational. The downstream sector has slowed    down     its    purchasing     pace,     with    fewer     inquiries.     The    price     of praseodymium-nickel metal has fluctuated slightly downward. The prices of dysprosium and terbium have also slightly weakened.

春节临近，市场交投将逐步趋于清淡，价格趋势将主要取决于供需情况及政策变化。长期看， 目前价位有较强支撑。
