1 月 9 日亚洲金属网价格：镨钕金属 755-760 元/kg；金属钕 765-770 元/kg；镝铁合金格 1340-1360 元/kg；金属铽 7600-7700 元/kg。

1 月 6 日，商务部发布 2026 年第 1 号关于加强两用物项对日本出口管制的公告，禁止任何国家和地区的组织和个人将原产于中国的所有两用物项对日本军事用户、军事用途，以及一切有助于提升日本军事实力的其他最终用户用途出口。

According to Asian Metal's prices on 9th, Jan.: PrNd metal 755-760 RMB/kg; Nd metal 765-770 RMB/kg; DyFe alloy 1340-1360 RMB/kg; Tb metal 7600-7700 RMB/kg.

On January 6, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No.  1 of 2026 on strengthening the export controls of dual-use items to Japan, prohibiting organizations and individuals from any country or region from exporting all dual-use items of Chinese origin to Japanese military users, military applications, and any other end-user purposes that may contribute to enhancing Japan's military capabilities.

元旦过后，在企业资金压力有所缓解，市场现货不足，以及政策影响下，稀土市场迎来新年红盘，市场看涨情绪点燃叠加氧化物价格快速上调，镨钕金属持续快速上涨；镝铁、铽价格也开始上调。但下游磁材企业对高价金属接受度有限，高位成交情况不理想。

After the New Year's Day holiday, the rare earth market kicked off the new year with a positive performance, driven by easing capital pressures on enterprises, insufficient spot

supply in the market, and policy influences. Market sentiment turned bullish, coupled with a fast upward adjustment in oxide prices, leading to a sustained and rapid rise in PrNd metal prices. DyFe and Tb prices also began to climb. However, downstream

magnetic material companies showed limited acceptance of the high metal prices, resulting in lackluster high-priced transaction activity.
