受宏观地缘政治、全球经济增长低迷以及供应链上下游博弈共同影响，整个3月价格持续走低。最核心的是下游终端需求收缩：新能源汽车行业渗透率达到约50%，进入存量竞争与温和增长阶段，增速放缓；变频空调压缩机行业受出口不振、地产不景气，以及技术降本等多重影响，磁钢用量初见下滑；风电行业在镨钕价格长期高企情况下，转投半直驱与双馈技术路线。

The most significant factor was the contraction of downstream end-user demand: the new energy vehicle industry, with a penetration rate reaching approximately 50%, has entered a phase of stock competition and moderate growth, with a slowdown in growth rate, the variable frequency air conditioning compressor industry, affected by sluggish exports, a downturn in real estate, and cost reduction through technology, has seen a preliminary decline in the use of magnets, the wind power industry, faced with persistently PrNd high prices, has shifted to semi-direct drive and doubly-fed technology routes.
